No, Hush Hush is only an e-commerce store at the moment. However, we look forward to opening a physical store in the future to meet you in person.

Placing an Order

What is the process of order?

After you've selected the product you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you've finished choosing your items, click "Checkout" to enter the necessary information.

Next, select your preferred shipping and payment options. After placing your order, you'll see a confirmation number at the top of the page, and you'll also receive a confirmation email shortly thereafter. We will begin processing your order as soon as your payment is confirmed and send you an email for tracking number after the order is shipped.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay etc.

Can I add a new item to my existing order?

You can add a new item to your existing order before it has been processed by contacting us at info@hushhush.cc.

Can I place my order over the phone?

No. All orders must be placed online through our website.

Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the minimum spend for free shipping is met.

When will my order be delivered?

Depending on your location, standard shipping takes 3 to 9 business days for arrival.

What is the shipping cost?
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $99 CAD qualify for free shipping to the US and Canada.
  • US and Canada: Flat rate of $18.50 for orders under $99 CAD.
Do you offer discreet shipping?

All orders from Hushhush have discreet packaging. There will be no labels on the packaging that could expose the content inside.

How do you ship out orders?

We partner with trusted Canadian carriers. After your order is processed, you will receive an invoice with the tracking number.

What is your return policy?

Because of the intimate nature of our products, returns or exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items. Products intended for direct contact with the body or body fluids cannot be returned or exchanged. Once these items are shipped, they are considered used and cannot be returned.

What do I do if I received a defective item?

Customers are responsible to verify and confirm the contents of each shipment upon receipt. Claims are required to be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.  If there is a discrepancy or if any items were damaged during transit, you must retain the box that the item(s) arrived in so that we may file a report with the carrier. Please do not add or deduct any amounts from invoices for any reason until a Hush Hush credit or debit memo has been issued. This includes but is not limited to mis-ships, damages, and/or defective items. Please contact us to report any issues with an order or for questions regarding an invoice at info@hushhush.cc.

Can i cancel my order or change address?

We are not able to cancel your order or change address once it has been placed and processed. If you notice any error after you place an order, please contact info@hushhush.cc immediately.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, which is based on your address and your order’s weight and dimensions.

Order Tracking

What if I didn't receive a tracking number?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed. If you don’t receive one, please contact us at info@hushhush.cc

What if the parcel is lost?

If you don’t receive your package within your delivery date, please inform us via email at info@hushhush.cc.

If we determine that your parcel is lost, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
